National Instrument 43-101, Standards of Disclosure for Mineral Projects, is a rule developed by the Canadian Securities Administrators and applicable throughout Canada, which establishes standards for all public disclosure a company makes of scientific and technical information concerning mineral projects. Fireweed Zinc Ltd. adheres to the NI 43-101 standards, which require disclosure of the following information related to its mining and exploration projects.
Brandon Macdonald, P.Geo., a Qualified Person under the meaning of Canadian National Instrument 43-101, is responsible for the technical information in this Fireweed Zinc website.
Readers are cautioned that the Preliminary Economic Assessment (PEA) posted on this website is preliminary in nature, it includes inferred mineral resources that are considered too speculative geologically to have the economic considerations applied to them that would enable them to be categorized as mineral reserves, and there is no certainty that the PEA results will be realized. Mineral resources that are not mineral reserves do not have demonstrated economic viability. Additional work is needed to upgrade these mineral resources to mineral reserves.
